The triangle area in NC has the fortune of having really great professionals it seems in all areas, perhaps an embedded culture or one spawned from the great educational institutions in the area. Finding a qualified realtor is not particularly hard. I have been fortunate to have used three great realtors prior to working with Hyejin. Unlike the three great triangle realtors I have used, Hyejin is simply exceptional. Knowledgeable of the market, able to understand customer needs and negotiate appropriately. She did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop during sales process and kept us well informed of follow up with the buyer's agents. Our first contract fell through due to the buyer's finances, but Hyejin handled everything very professionally and insured we had our earnest money in a timely manner. We are currently in the process of trying to find a house with her- just waiting for the right one to show up.

Once I found a home, she helped me determine my offer strategy and her relationship skills and communication with the seller's agent really helped close the deal. She has worked night and day to make this process easy for me and has taken care of every detail - all of the paperwork required from my lender, inspection arrangements, visits back to the home to take measurements, etc. You will not be disappointed if you work with Hyejin - she will exceed your expectations in every way!
